    Above tests is critical to guarantee the ignition module can work properly during lifetime. Moreover, our engineers also need to do a lot of tests to verify the products' reliability during the development stage, and check the module's endurance properties by various equipments, such as:

ISO07637 Automobile disturbance stimulation test chamber

Thermal shock test

High temperature endurance test

ESD

Void content

    The more detailed the experimental stage is, the shorter the test time costs for mass production after the development process finished.  Jianke will push to hit the target of 0 PPM quality per each module by testing products according to a test chain, especially on quality and capacity.
